The shamrock is the symbol of Ireland and it was the three leafed shamrock which St. Patrick used to explain the Holy Trinity when he brought Christianity to Ireland in the 5th Century A.D. Ever since, March 17th is celebrated as St. Patrick's day and shamrocks are seen everywhere on this day.

This wall hanging is made by a process known as Intarsia which is the ancient art of making pictorial mosaics by laying precious and exotic woods onto a solid wood surface. Seven different woods are used to make these celtic designs.

This wall hanging comes in a Gift box, and the shamrock measures 17cm x 16cm
